Spanish Fashion Brand Mango Founder's Son Under Scrutiny
Spanish police have confirmed that their investigation into the sudden death of Mango clothing empire founder Isak Andic remains open.
Andic, 71, died in December 2024 after falling over 100 meters while hiking with his eldest son Jonathan in the Montserrat mountains near Barcelona.
- Police initially ruled the death as accidental.
- However, they are now investigating Jonathan, 44, for possible homicide, according to El Pais daily.
Jonathan has provided "inconsistent" testimony in two statements, which has "fuelled suspicion", as he was the only person with his father at the time of the incident.
