Former Marquette men's basketball guard Kam Jones, 23, was arrested after a brief police chase on I-65 in Indianapolis Monday morning.
According to Indiana State Police, Jones drove past a trooper at high speed when the officer attempted to pull him over for erratic driving. He weaved in-and-out of traffic for approximately four miles before stopping.
Jones was being held in the Marion County jail. Marquette athletics declined to comment on the matter.
Jones was drafted to the NBA by the Indiana Pacers in June.
